MATTHEW MAVRIDOGLOU
Matthew has overall executive responsibility for Greenleys Merchant Bank. He co-founded the firm in 2010 with Piers Young, Chairman Emeritus.
Matthew graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA / MA in Classics. After work experience in the shipping and real estate industries, he worked as an equity derivatives trader for an investment bank based in London.
Matthew also serves as Chairman of an investment company with a significant portfolio of real estate projects in Eastern Europe.

PIERS YOUNG
Piers co-founded the firm with Matthew Mavridoglou in 2010 (Chairman Emeritus).
Piers started his career in 1985 as a Gilts Broker, working at Garban and Cantor Fitzgerald. In 2000 he moved to Commerzbank as Head of Equity Trading in Technology, Media and Telecoms.
Prior to Greenleys Merchant Bank, he worked as an Equity Broker at Pali International and OCM Capital Markets.
Piers holds a BA from Plymouth Polytechnic in Business Studies.

LOUIS NICOLOPOULOS
Louis joined Greenleys in 2016. Before joining Greenleys, he served as a Director with Axia Ventures Group and prior to that was employed as an Investment Analyst with Optima Bank. From 2003 to 2009 he worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, initially as a Senior Consultant in the FAS Forensic and Dispute Consulting department in Melbourne, Australia, and subsequently as a Manager in the FAS Corporate Finance team. Louis also worked for the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.
Louis holds a Bachelor and Honours in Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. He also holds a Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and is a Certified member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) in the United Kingdom.
