Greenleys selectively invests in energy, real estate and infrastructure projects which have a positive impact on the local community. We focus on distressed opportunities and typically source such deals from banking institutions.
We restrict our investments to these industries where we have significant expertise. We typically invest in regions where we have long-standing local relationships and relevant experience, particularly with regards to the legal jurisdictions.
Such investments are made with the financial support of related entities. No third-party funds are used, though Greenleys may enter into joint venture transactions with local partners for practical reasons.
Since all investments are made and managed in-house, we are able to deploy capital quickly and without recourse to investors or external advisors. We therefore look for opportunities where investment agility is required and valued.
